Mesyuarat Kelab Pengantarabangsaan ARTISUKMA

Kelab Pengantarabangsaan ARTISUKMA UKM akan mengadakan mesyuarat pertama bagi membincangkan hal-hal seperti di dalam agenda di bawah. Maklumat mesyuarat adalah seperti berikut:

Cultural Tour to Hong Kong

Cultural Centre of National University of Malaysia organizes a cultural trip almost every year to various countries all over the world. The trip’s main purpose is to provide an exposure to students about other countries’ cultures, besides shrinking the gap among Asian countries especially in cultural and art field. Among the countries that we have gone to are:

Thailand (19th – 25th June 1994)
Riau, Indonesia (5th – 11 June 1996)
Aceh, Indonesia (14th September 1997)
Beijing, China (22nd – 28th October 2000)
Istanbul, Turkey (October 2001)
Bali, Indonesia (1st – 7th 2004)
Perth, Australia (17th – 23rd May 2006)
Beijing, China (19th to 26th of May 2007)

And this year we are planning to have a visit to Hong Kong with another two universities to explore; University of Hong Kong and The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.

This trip is a project by Cultural Centre of National University of Malaysia along with our very own art society, Artisukma. The trip, which takes place from the 1st of December to the 6th, will be led by YBhg Prof Dato' Dr. Mohd Wahid Samsudin, Deputy Vice Chancellor (Student Affairs & Alumni) with other 14 students and officers.

Th 6th ASEAN Youth Cultural Forum




ASEAN University Network berpusat di Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand telah memilih Vietnam National University – Ho Chi Minh menjadi tuan rumah bagi 6th ASEAN Youth Cultural Forum yang akan diadakan pada 28 Julai – 2 Ogos 2008.

Matlamat utama 6th ASEAN Youth Cultural Forum adalah untuk memberi pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang mendalam kepada peserta mengenai kebudayaan negara-negara anggota ASEAN dan memberi harapan kepada belia-belia bekerjasama kea rah intergrasi ASEAN.



Sepanjang persidangan ini, banyak program yang telah diaturkan bagi mengisi enam (6) hari berada di sana. Para perwakilan dari Univerversiti Kebangsaan Malaysia terdiri daripada lima (5) pelajar, seorang pensyarah dan seorang pegawai pengiring telah dipilih. Diharapkan melalui penyertaan UKM, khususnya pelajar UKM akan memberi sumbangan dan faedah kepada seluruh warga university dan seterusnya negara.

UKM 'RASA' International Exhibition 2008



Pameran 'RASA' Antarabangsa UKM 2008.

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia will be organizing its annual 'RASA' International Exhibition this May in order to flaunt the diversity of motive and media by local and international artists. It is to encourage young art enthusiasts to continue to strive active and show their works to the community. This exhibition is a suitable place for artists to gather and exchange thoughts and as a field of view on development of visual arts.

Among the art pieces that will be on display includes Paintings, Photographs, Batik Arts, Sculptures and many more handcrafted by painters and arts enthusiasts all over the world. The theme for our exhibition this year is "Nature".


Everyone is invited to present to this exhibition to witness products of famous artists like Eiichi Matuhashi from Japan, Wilhelm Schramm from Austria, Dorothea Fleiss from Germany, Suzlee Ibrahim, Azimin Mohd Tazilan and Saiful Nang from Malaysia.
